Mondays often carry a mix of emotions — a bit of pressure, anxiety but also a bit of possibility.
We wake up between what was and what’s next, sometimes carrying the weight of unfinished things, sometimes holding quiet excitement for what might unfold.
But what if, this Monday, we chose softness over speed?
What if instead of rushing into the week, we simply began — with presence, with breath, with one small thing that feels right?
I personally want to start this , walking with less speed, respecting my own pace of work, enjoying more the moment. What about you join me?
One verse to nurture this peace in you: “And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” — Philippians 4:7
Hope doesn’t need a grand plan.
It grows when we take one step, send one kind message, make one mindful decision.
Joy follows those small beginnings — not because everything is perfect, but because we decided to show up with intention.
So today, wherever you are, take a deep breath and start your week not with pressure, but with permission.
Permission to do your best without being at your best.
Permission to move gently, but still move forward.
Happy Monday.
May your week unfold with quiet hope and small joys.
Carol
